Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and almost everyone experiences at least remote anxiety at some point in their life, and in general it helps one to be able to cope with certain situations in life, but when anxiety becomes an exceptional and irrational dread of everyday situations, you know that it has become a disabling disorder and something needs to be done about it.
